The Lalique Museum always exhibits 230 pieces of stunning jewelry and glass art of René Jules Lalique (1860-1945), a prominent French artist who started his career doing jewelry design and glass art, and then later interior and architectural ornamentation. The museum has collected over 1500 items of his lifetime works, and rotates the displays twice a year. In the beautiful nature of Sengokuhara, Hakone, please soak in Lalique’s sublime artwork. An index of "Hakone's seven nice museums" series is here.

We visited Hakone but didn't know about this museum. Will put it on my list.

I really like the beautiful modern design and layout of the museum as captured in your photography. The artwork is intriguing but I'd want to visit just to see the museum's facility.
